Very accommodating . We checked in after arriving on a late ferry . Great free breakfast with hours that worked for our schedule . Offered a late checkout of 3:30 pm when we took the free shuttle to the airport. Everything was done to make our stay great! Thanks !
It's an older building but the staff work hard to make it cozy. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and they always make sure to have coffee in the rooms. The manager is very kind and helpful - affordable and clean space to rest in when on the road
After a late ferry from Prince Rupert, all we wanted was a comfy bed—and Airport Inn delivered. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a super comfortable king-size bed. The shower had great pressure, and the free breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Just what we needed—absolutely perfect.
Staff was amazing and beyond helpful every step of the way. Rooms were clean and had plenty of amenities! We stayed in a Kitchenette room and it was fully stocked to cook a meal. We enjoyed sitting outside on our outdoor patio/grass area. Lots of great hikes in the area and not too far from downtown Port Hardy!
Located outside of Hardy in a quiet area. Bernie the manager gave us an upgrade so we got a room with a kitchen and king bed. Bed was super comfy. We were there for 2 days. Affordable accommodations, pet friendly and breakfast provided. Super cute liquor store in the hotel as well. We would stay here again! Susie
We stayed at the Airport Inn Port Hardy for 5 days. The location is excellent, very close to the airport, 2 minutes? the hotel even has a shuttle. The location is great, it is quiet, even though you are close to the airport. Always prefer a hotel where you can open the window and the Airport Inn delivers. Best of all, Bernie, the Manager, he is friendly, so supportive, responds quickly, and ensures his guests are taken care of. I think he needs a raise!
